Terms and Conditions

1. Lift is not available.
2. Full payment is required at the time of check-in.
3. Hot water service is available from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
4. Important Notice: In case of electric power outage, A/C will not work on the generator. Please cooperate.
5. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. The primary guest must be at least 20 years of age.
6. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable. Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. You will receive an email confirmation with the hotel phone number after booking. Please contact the hotel directly for any requests.
7. The room tariff does not include all taxes. Optional services such as room service, dinner, snacks, or telephone calls will be charged at the time of check-out.
8. The hotel reserves the right of admission. Accommodation may be denied to guests posing as a couple without valid proof of identification.
9. The hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents. Guests from the same city may be denied accommodation. 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
10. Booking amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
11. Any damage caused to hotel property by the customer will be fully charged to the customer.
12. Alcoholic drinks are not allowed in the hotel. No drink service is available.
13. Unmarried couples are not allowed in the hotel.
14. We require post-marriage identification. If unavailable, a marriage certificate and a marriage photo must be provided. This is a management rule.
15. To confirm your booking, please complete the necessary process by calling the manager. We do not accept unpaid bookings. 100% payment is required.
